These terms apply to your use of felx.in and the tools on it (together, “Felx”). By using Felx you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Felx provides free online tools for working with PDF files, images and QR codes. Most tools run in your web browser, and files are processed on your own device. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

2. Your files and content

You keep all rights to the files and content you use with Felx. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use, convert and share them, and that doing so does not break any law or anyone else’s rights, including copyright.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Felx to:

  • process or create unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its servers;
  • copy, scrape or resell the website or its content in bulk, or present it as your own;
  • create QR codes that point to malware, phishing or fraudulent websites.

4. No warranty

Felx is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge. We work hard to make the tools reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be error-free, that results will meet your requirements, or that the site will always be available. Always check the output before relying on it, and keep a copy of your original files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felx and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site or tools.

6. Advertising and third-party links

Felx may display advertisements and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third-party websites or advertisers.

7. Intellectual property

The Felx name, logo, website design and written content are owned by Felx. Open-source components used by the tools remain under their own licences.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Felx after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
